The HSNCS organization was established in Afghanistan in 2025 with the aim of supporting needy children. The initial idea for founding this organization was proposed by Mr. Abdul Wahab, and with the cooperation of an 11-member board, consisting of educated youth and experienced scientific and professional cadres, it began its activities as a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political institution. The HSNCS organization in Afghanistan strives to provide humanitarian services to improve the lives of children and underprivileged families in Afghanistan. The organization believes that no child should be deprived of education, healthcare, or clean water. The founders of this organization believe that an institution cannot continue its activities solely by relying on one person or a small group of supporters. Therefore, in 2025, with the collaboration and charitable contributions of a broader group, this organization will provide comprehensive support to the underprivileged people of Afghanistan and expand its scope of activities.
